NZREX is an Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE). There are hundreds of OSCE books available but the following are highly recommended for NZREX preparation.
Generally, candidates who pass the exam suggest reading the following books:
1. General Practice by John Murtagh
2. 'AMC Handbook of Clinical Assessment' OR 'Osce Handbook by Hemanth Kaukuntla' OR 'OSCE and Clinical Skills Handbook by Katrina F. Hurley' OR any other OSCE case study book
Other things you need to go through:
1. Sample X-rays and ECG's
2. Talley O'Connor or/and Bates Physical Examination Videos (goes along with the Physical examination book)
